With the closure of car factories, the foreign firms involved will not, surely, be taking the buildings and equpment with them? It therefore follows that the engineers, designers and builders are still here, and more than capable, with government help, to buil our own, British, electric cars. South Korea already buys our cars, and there must be other countries willing to buy?

Save our steel industry!!! We do not want to have to import steel from Sweden or China, while our steel workers are idle, their skills wasted through no fault of their own. I agree we need a deal with the EU to prevent TTIP, but not closer links with the single market, which will keep us in.

Reintroduce vocational training in schools, to give young people the chance to learn a trade. That should include proper cookery, for budding chefs.
