Equality for young drivers

Finally it has been recognised that young workers are being discriminated against. Can you also look at the car insurance discrimination to young drivers. How can they ever afford a car to increase their employability if they are on low wages or 0hour contracts. Please help reduce the suicide rate in the male under 25s by looking at the practical reasons behind their feelings of no future.
