Justice and Home Affairs (Archived)

The Justice and Home Affairs Policy Commission examines Labour thinking on issues such as policing, the justice system, immigration and asylum, political and constitutional reform and Brexit.

The Commission meets regularly to consider evidence and submissions, identify challenges, and develop Labour’s policy in these areas.

The members of the Policy Commission are drawn from the National Policy Forum, the Shadow Cabinet and the National Executive Committee. Its membership reflects all parts of our movement, including Labour party members, affiliated organisations and elected politicians.
