New Ownership of Football Clubs

Step 1: Nationalise all professional british football clubs that are not fan owned.

Step 2: Place each club into management of local joint ventures between supporters trusts, local authorities. Clubs remain owned by the state, but managed by the join venture.

Step 3: Tax football transfer purchases at a % and TV at a % reveue to ensure the viability of state ownership of professional football clubs.
