As a Labour Member I Personally Believe We Need to Reopen Our City and Town Centres From 3rd December But All Other Areas Will Have to Remain Closed Apart Across Our Cities and Towns in Britain. All Pubs and Restaurants Will Have Fully Reopen Everywhere For Social Reasons Across Britain. All Essentials Areas Will Have to Remain Open. All Non-Essential Areas Apart From Pubs, Restaurants and All Non-Essential Areas in Our City and Town Centres Will Have to Remain Closed. We Do Need a Tougher Tier System Where We Reopen Our City and Town Centres But Only Certain Other Areas Reopen Across the Rest of the Areas in Our Cities and Towns Across Britain.
