Policy Commission: A green and digital future

I am a Senior Researcher at Usdaw and have worked for the Union for over 11 years. While my work focuses on industrial relations and collective bargaining, my remit also includes a number of areas which are of key relevance to Labour party members, supporters and the wider electorate. This includes research and policy development on low pay, Brexit, automation/the future of work and retail strategy. I have been a member of the Labour Party for over a decade and have been involved in grassroots and local politics, in addition to my wider campaigning work as part of Usdaw. I am keen to utilise my personal and professional experience to help the NPF develop forward thinking policies that will help to drive the party forward and allow us to navigate some of the significant challenges ahead.
